What certificate will I receive, and is it OSHA-approved?

All the CPR and BLS certificates we offer are nationally recognized and directly sent from American Red Cross OR American Heart Association (AHA). If you need certification for your job, we recommend you choose the Red Cross CPR course. However, if you’re in the healthcare profession such as dentistry, daycare, nursing, etc., we suggest you opt for the American Heart Association BLS course.

Are your courses affordable?

ICCPRA (International Community CPR Alliance) is a non-profit organization. As a result, we offer the most competitively priced American Red Cross and American Heart Association courses in the Bay Area. If you find another company with a lower price, we will match it.

When do you offer the courses?

We are open every day, including Saturdays and Sundays. Whether you need CPR or BLS, we offer courses daily. Please choose our courses based on your requirements. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service at 408-571-6516.

When and how will I receive my online course?

You will receive the online session activation link immediately after completing your course registration, with no delay. The activation link will be included on your course confirmation email. Even if you register the day before your in-person training, you can still complete the online session on time.

How do I receive the certification after taking the course?

The certification is an E-version certification, it will directly send to your email. Please check your email inbox next day after in-person class.

How long will I receive the Certification??

You will be able to receive the certification in the next day after you attend the in-person practice session.

Can I get a receipt after my purchase?

Of Course! You will receive a confirmation email from us after you register for the course, and the receipt will attach on that email.
